22th-28th Nov 2013 ~ Hong Kong Trip

21th Nov : Travel from KL to KK; Hong Kong trip (7 days 6 nights)

Day 1 - 22th Nov
3am : Ready for the flight to Hong Kong (6am). I was so excited where this is the first time I travel.

Around 10am arrived at Hong Kong Airport. The airport is so big that we need to ride on bus to the exit gate. We find and waited for the tour guide, around half an hour later we found the tour guide. Next, she bring us to go around Hong Kong City.

Hong Kong land area is similar to Singapore land area. but compare to the population, Hong Kong much more congested as to Singapore. although Hong Kong is small but it has complete facilities and accommodation provided to the people. 所谓‘麻雀虽小,五脏齐全’

There is underwater tunnel, approximately 4km suspended bridge, helicopter to macau, ferry to macau, pasar malam (女人街),duty free perfume, watches, etc.

Day 3 - Noah's Ark (诺亚方舟)

Day 4 - Disney's Land (迪斯尼乐园)

Day 5 - Macau (澳门)

Day 6 - Hong Kong free day

Day 7 - Home Sweet Home

930am : Went to KLIA, pick my family to attend my convocation.

1030am : Had a breakfast at "Jin Xuan" dim sum.

After Breakfast, great shopping at Sunway Pyramid

Night, buffet steamboat at "Fat One Steamboat" - Eat all you can eat

930pm : Sing, blow, cut & eat ... ...

Happily ready for Work~ End up Delayed...

25th Aug 2013

Sunday, 830am
Arrived in KKIA ready for kiosk check in, unfortunately, it unable to process my ticket number. So I queue for counter check in.He said that my name is not exist in the system.He direct me to the ticket counter for further details.

So i went up to 2nd floor to ask for details. She said that my ticket is forfeited because i didnt depart for the outbound ticket which is KL-KK, so the MAS automatically cancelled my ticket as if I didnt make confirmation on the ticket.

However, I cant make it to fly today, I paid RM100 for charges + RM75 top up amount to current ticket for the next day at 645pm.

I'm delayed one day to start my first day work. =/
somehow, I'm glad that the boss is kind enough to ask me to start my work on Tuesday. =)

2.30pm - Interview (Jurukos Perunding)

Firstly I step in the office, I had a test from the senior QS.  wow!! it tested me on the architectural works of a semi-D house. I managed 4 out of 10 question. so badly. nomatter how, the company willing to offer me but i rejected the offer because the salary they offer is too low and unexpectedly. I cant survived in this environment.

I drove alone to DK consultant, Puchong for an interview. I was stress and cant sleep well the night before. Because of this company, Im not keen to join it at the beginning, I wish to join Northcoft Lim Perunding. But somehow due to inconvenient and transport problem also long distance for Jack to send and fetch me. It is not preferable.

2pm - I enter the office, filled up application form then directly go for interview with the boss. The boss speaks very friendly and frank to me. I felt so glad that he recruiting me on my expected salary. He directly recruit me and ask me work directly. Unfortunately, I have to go back to hometown for holiday. Right after i came back from hometown, he wants to work immediately. And he say I very lucky that I join the company in good timing where they have a project to tender end of September.

After that, the boss asked the admin to prepare a offer letter for me. Then i bring it back to think for one night. The next day, i signed the offer letter and deliver to the office.

Wish I have a bright future in this company.

其實只要吃對正確的減肥食品,宵夜也可以減肥哦!



1)排毒綠色果蔬汁


有時候你感覺到的餓其實並不是真正的餓,而是因為你的體內細胞缺水,因此大腦被誤導發出了錯誤信號。 睡前喝一杯綠色果蔬汁,既能及時補充水分,又能解決饑餓感,同時還能釋放果糖,幫助放鬆神經、促進睡眠。

2)牛奶


牛奶當中含有一種色氨酸,這種成分可以使人鎮靜下來。晚上喝牛奶不會導致發胖,要知道睡眠品質的好壞與身體肥胖是有很大關係的。每天晚上在臨睡覺之前喝杯溫牛奶有助提高睡眠品質,從而也能夠讓你在睡眠時候的排毒代謝正常進行,給減肥增添動力。

3)飽腹粗糧南瓜粥


現代營養學研究發現,南瓜熱量最低,即使在睡前吃也不會導致發胖。而且南瓜富含膳食纖維和果膠,不僅具有良好的飽腹感,還能吸附腸道中的代謝廢物和致癌物質,幫助腸道在睡眠過程中排毒。

4)紅豆湯


原料:適量紅豆、少許陳皮。

做法:先將紅豆放在清水中浸泡30分鐘,洗乾凈後放進砂鍋,加入清水,煮30分鐘後加入陳皮,煮沸熄火即可。

5)香蕉


晚上吃香蕉也不會導致肥胖,可以穩定血清素和去除黑色素,在香蕉中含有鎂元素,這種元素有助肌肉鬆弛,睡覺時幫助放鬆。香蕉當中還含有大量的纖維素,多吃可以幫助暢通腸胃,身體內的毒素順利拍出來,你還怕不會“無毒一身輕”?

6) 馬鈴薯


如果晚上餓了可以吃些馬鈴薯來填肚子,馬鈴薯有著清除干擾色氨酸的酸的作用,色氨酸與誘發睡眠有關係。在睡覺之前可以烤些馬鈴薯吃。

7)番石榴配上希臘酸奶


原料:2/3杯希臘酸奶、1/4個石榴。

做法:將以上原料混合,攪拌均勻即可。

減肥原理:番石榴向來是熱量非常低的減肥水果,含有大量的膳食纖維,容易讓人産生飽腹感。同時還能排出身體中囤積的大量脂肪毒素,促進人體新陳代謝,是減肥食品中的佼佼者哦。而酸奶則向來也是排毒清腸的一把好手,兩者結合想不瘦都難!

8) 高纖麥皮加脫脂奶


三湯匙麥皮+半杯脫脂奶170kcal

市面上好多即衝麥皮含糖分高,所以選擇時要小心。選用無糖、無奶麥皮,除有營養外,纖維有2克,容易飽肚,唔使再食其他食物。再加上奶內含有一種稱serotonin的胺基酸,可令腦部呈休息、放鬆狀態,令你産生睡意。

9)燕麥粥


原料:適量燕麥以及大米。

做法:先將燕麥和大米淘洗乾淨後放入鍋中,加入清水,用大火煮沸,再用文火煮爛即可。

10)飽肚魚片粥


1碗160kcal 出街食到魚片粥多數係鯇魚或大魚,這兩種魚都是低脂魚,而且含不飽和脂肪,低膽固醇,對心臟有益。而且4片魚片只是80kcal,比起4片肥牛肉(200kcal)低好多。五穀類含醣質,醣對腦部有安定作用,所以飲粥水可令人放鬆,可助入睡。

Final Thesis Submission

24th June 2013


9am: Arrived Uni computer lab. Trying many times to start printing but it pops out 'error' and the printer did not show pending documents. i'm shocked and nervous. So i try to top up credit into my account. Yet, it cant accept my notes. I quickly rush in ICT and ask 'how come i cant do printing and cant top up my credit?', then the person incharge asked me to wait a while and try again 'later'. after half an hour, surprisingly, it works! 

10am: I start to print my table of content to ensure that all page numbers are running in order. And i wasted quite a lot of papers and money for printing mistakes!! While checking & modifying & printing. It takes whole day. 

4.30pm: I printed 2 complete sets of thesis. It cost me RM70+. BUT, it found out that my referencing format is WRONG! Oh my, i spent 1 hours to change it. 

9pm: The library closed. And reach home, converting the whole thesis into PDF file. it took me several hours to merge and scan the files according in order. 

I realized the time past so fast today!


25th June 2013


Submission thesis day! Early in the morning went to Uni to do double checking. Yet, i have missing pages, i quickly printed and go for binding cost me RM6 for one set of thesis. 

My stress is released. After dinner, watch 1 episode of movie, then sleep till the next morning. wow.. 1st time felt so tiring and slept such a long hours throughout this Semester.
